Are your products safe, vegan, etc..? 

Our products contain high quality ingredients sourced from around the world. Our scientists use their expertise coupled with nature to create safe and productive clinical grade formulas. Our products are made with organic, natural ingredients and are also gluten free, sulfate free, paraben free, silicone free, cruelty free, talc free, vegan and eco-friendly. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and Shop Pay.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

All orders are processed within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your email confirmation. You will receive a notification and a tracking number when your order has shipped. If you have not received your order within 14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@plsbeauty.shop with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. 

 

How much does shipping cost? 

We ship worldwide via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) in the order, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.  

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed? 

Please send an email to support@plsbeauty.shop as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. We will have a greater chance of sending you the correct order if you let us know as quickly as possible. 

We will not be able to help if the item has already been shipped. If this is the case, please see our instructions for how to return an item. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer, unless the return is the result of an error made by PLS Beauty. 

The original and return shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@plsbeauty.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Will your products give me an allergic reaction? 

Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that you will not have a reaction to our products. Our products are gluten free, however it is impossible for us to be informed as to which ingredients any of our customers may be allergic to. Please review our ingredients list in the product description and perform a patch test on a small area of skin prior to full use. 

 

What if an item is out of stock? 

If you sign up for our newsletter, we can notify you when items are back in stock. 

 

Could I purchase PLS Beauty products and have them sent to someone as a gift?

Absolutely! Our products make great gifts! Just make sure you enter the recipient's correct address when you checkout.  

 

How do I find out about new products? 

You can sign up to receive our newsletter, and you will be notified about product restocks, exclusive offers, new product launches, etc..
